O.P.S. Verify collects and uses information needed to provide account access, company administration, inspections, reporting, billing, support, security, and service improvement.
Information we collect
Information may include your name, business contact details, company information, locations, equipment and asset records, inspection records, signatures submitted as part of inspections, account activity, and billing-related identifiers. Payment card details are handled by our payment provider and are not stored directly in O.P.S. Verify.
How we use information
We use information to operate the service, maintain customer accounts, enforce access permissions, provide inspection and compliance records, process subscriptions, prevent fraud or duplicate trial use, provide support, and protect the security and reliability of the platform.
Service providers
We may use trusted service providers for hosting, authentication, payment processing, communications, monitoring, and related infrastructure. They may process information only as required to provide those services.
Data retention and security
For standard 30-day trials, operational customer data may remain available for up to 90 days after the trial ends so the company can return without rebuilding its account. If the company does not subscribe during that period, operational records such as locations, equipment, inspections, signatures, users, and uploaded business data are scheduled for deletion. We may retain a minimal company-level trial-history record for up to 12 months to enforce trial eligibility and prevent repeat abuse. Founding Beta accounts follow the beta and decision-period dates shown in the account. We also retain information when reasonably required for legal, security, dispute, or contractual obligations. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no system can guarantee absolute security.
Your organization
Business customers control the users, locations, assets, and inspection information entered into their account. Questions about records created by your employer or organization should first be directed to that organization’s administrator.
