Using O.P.S. Verify
O.P.S. Verify provides digital inspection, equipment, reporting, and related operational tools for business use. You are responsible for ensuring the information entered by your organization is accurate and that authorized users follow applicable workplace, safety, maintenance, and regulatory requirements.
Safety responsibility
O.P.S. Verify is a recordkeeping and workflow tool. It does not replace required training, competent supervision, manufacturer instructions, professional advice, equipment maintenance, or any inspection, testing, certification, or legal obligation required by applicable law.
Accounts and access
Customers are responsible for account security, appropriate roles and permissions, and promptly removing access when a user should no longer have it.
Founding Beta, trials, and subscriptions
The Founding Beta is limited to the first 15 accepted companies and provides six months of beta testing followed by a six-month decision period. No payment method is required and no beta company is charged automatically. Beta participants are expected to use the platform in good faith and provide practical product feedback. After the Founding Beta, standard free trials are limited to 30 days and generally one trial per company within a rolling 12-month period, subject to business-identity checks. Paid plans and optional modules renew according to the billing terms shown at purchase unless canceled through the available billing controls. Applicable taxes may be added.
Customer data
Your organization retains responsibility for the business records it submits. You grant O.P.S. Verify the rights necessary to host, process, display, back up, and transmit that data solely to operate and support the service.
Availability and changes
We may update, improve, suspend, or discontinue features from time to time. We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
